Many people call or email me with questions about the current market conditions or real estate in general, so I have a new feature on my website and in my ads where anyone can ask a question and have it answered. The question this week is “Why should I offer a home warranty to the buyer?”
The standard home warranty is a one-year service contract that protects both the seller and the buyer against the cost of unexpected repairs or replacement of major systems and appliances that break down due to normal usage. If you list your home with me, I will provide the home warranty free of charge. Call me for details.
