Because I receive such a large number of requests from friends and associates for referrals to professional trades and services... from painters and remodeling contractors to attorneys and dog walkers, and because I operate my own business by referral, I have put together a Preferred Vendor Booklet.
I have chosen the finest individuals and the most reliable, professional companies serving the community – some I have used personally, others come recommended by clients or other Realtors. I hope this will become the first resource you to refer to instead of blindly calling from the yellow pages and taking a chance on an unknown.
Please let them know I referred you when you call someone in our booklet. I do not get any form of compensation, nor do I accept advertising in the book – your satisfaction in hiring the right person is our reward.
If you find someone that is not receptive to your calls, doesn't provide a quality service or is unsatisfactory in any manner, please let me know so I can remove them from our list. Additionally, if you know of a company who would be an added value to the directory, please call me with their name and number to be included.
